Damn.
While fun and nostalglic, this game had quite a few problems. I found the game very clunky, and you really need smooth gameplay for something to be fun nowadays.
I do like challenging games, and the whole point of the game is to be hard, so I have no qualms about that.
I also found those advertisements that popped up randomly when I died to be very annoying. What, dying isn't enough of a penalty?

However, the controls are bad and its so hard to jump on the crabs.
Well...
Style isn't bad. For what ever reason my guy started moving forward on his own after I some how died while jumping on a crab...which work before numerous times...and I couldn't do a thing about it. So that took my dislike for games at the near impossible level and made it into like 13th circle of hell, burning hatred. While I like a good challenge I also seek to be entertained in some way not frustrated as most do when playing games or watching something.
SO over all I'll say 6 my problem may have been limited to just me for some reason and overall it's not that bad. The title screen reminded me of an old NES game box that was cool...past that can't say much about the game didn't get too far before my problem so I guess a little better then half is fair cause it seemed to be going in the direct of awesome but it could have gone the other way.
