Good game
Simple but very "easy to get into" graphics, story, etc. I swear there's a word that means "easy to get into" but I can't remember it... Anyway, love the game. I've died more times than I care to admit and I'm still not done with it yet but I'm not giving up!
In a slightly related note, is there a way to make the leader board stop popping up every time I die? Sorry in advance to the competitive members of newgrounds and whatever other sites are sponsoring the game but it's really annoying. Maybe set it up so the board just appears in the main menu or if you press a button to make it pop up?

I know this ain't a terrific game by most standards, but I still love playing it. To the creator: Make a sequel! Refine the mechanics, add complex levels, add new weapons, create new monsters with different attack and movement patterns, GIVE FATHER O'MALLEY THE TREATMENT IT DESERVES!
