Honestly
The only threat they pose is as a spark to start a bigger fire. They honestly do not have the ability to send in nukes to the US that we couldn't stop. We have the ability to stop them before they reach our shores. The only reason we were in trouble in the Cuban Missile Crisis was because they are really close to us. The only people who could possibly threat us with nuclear war is China, the Soviet, Mexico, or Canada (and half the people in this list don't have or would never use nukes anyway).
