Powerup goes overboard, but overall nice.
The Max Power was a tad overpowered, at least for how often I seemed to get it. It would be better split into other things like "Infinite Energy", "Max Radius", "Extra Damage". The last stage proved to be disappointing although it looked like it would be epic. Because I got a Mac Power just before it appeared. As I realized it was one massive ship, I just fired like crazy and it was pretty instantly dead.
But aside from that one powerup, I enjoyed the game's mechanics greatly. I played through the whole thing, and particularly enjoyed the tactical thinking required for good energy management and destruction.
Cool
A pretty cool game, I like the aiming and timing you have to master, but the game was overall quite easy. Level 9 was also a bit tedious as it was so long, and then level 10 was so short that I was surprised.
Anyway, I like the music, it gives a good atmosphere (even though you are in space :P) and everything looked really cool, from the explosions to the enemies to your own ship. I liked how your ship changed when you bought more upgrades.

It's not unbeatable. I just beat the whole game in under 40 minutes, and stage 10 was the only one I had to retry. That boss ship is massive, and it launches an insane amount of missles at you. The 100,000 dollar bonus you get to start with once you win is nice.
