like linkcrazy101 said cartoon network thing i would see it on that station b/c its seem like the same strory line of the show flapjack the big owl is that captin and lil hoots is flapjack but it is still good b/c i like how you turn that story line and change it so i give it a nine.

I lol'd at the people who say'd this was gay and stuff. They are so used to super gore, guns and pr0n that they forgot the essence of what a cartoon is. This is perfect, ofcourse, its aimed to somewhat smaller kids. But that doesn't take away the fact its still great voice acting, animation and personnaly, I found the humor so cute I went "Awww" 3/4 of the movie.

Cute. Surprisingly better than most animation these days. I half-expected a rap, because of the one-liner about this on the front page (and the "Lil'" in the title). But this is much better.
This reminds me of spongebob
no matter how I see it, hoots reminds me of spongebob when he's trying to take something seriously.

No offense, but I could easily tell this was made by a girl. Didn't have substantial humor in the least and the pacing moved like a snail. The voices and music are great, but those were done by other people...
Overall wasn't enjoyable and I almost X'ed out of the flash because it wasn't going anywhere. I had prayed the bit about the turtle wasn't going to be the most exciting thing about your flash but it was.
