Reviews for "Megaman X RPG: Chapter 1"

Good Game but...

I got a glitch. I was fighting Swordman and then I got this glitch where if I charged to use an tech or my buster, it would only let me use the normal Attack.

Good Game

IS a Good game not bad at all and issackawasa that red cape is From megamanX Command Mission Is A little better then MegamanX Command mission's Good Job this is Going to be in my Fav List

Awesome game.

Love the game. I'm pretty much addicted to it.
As for the " loool its roundbased, shouldnt be mm ", It's just a game. If you don't think it should be Megaman, then go make one yourself. But as for my opinion, I love the fact it's Megaman. That's the reason I tried it in the first place.

10/10. Can't wait for the next chapter! ;D

PS: Hidden Boss was too easy. Hopefully you'll make a godly one for the next CH. xP

Badass

I beat the Hidden Boss in two turns. =/ I was really looking for a good challenge. And I was only lvl 12 with both MM and Axl. Just go in with Limit Attacks ready and prime them before you let 'em loose. Be sure to talent MM's buster all the way, and buy him a bunch of equipment that boosts Charge. Same deal with Axl, except focus on the Focus attribute.

Now, what is the Sword of 1001 Truths used for? And the doll? I made a separate save file where I just hang on to 'em just in case.

All in all, it's an excellent game, and I truly look forward to the coming chapter(s).

Just in the future, plz make it just a bit easier to upgrade your chips. That's annoying farming bosses over and over.

Incredble.

This game is what other flash games should aspire to be. Way more awesome than can be contained. The level of customization and battle strategy is astounding. Truly an impressive piece of work.

Yes I beat the hidden boss. Kinda creepy.

A few things I noticed:
-Recharge restores HP instead of SP, even with Improved Recharge, which just makes it restore MORE HP.
-You can't reset Zero's upgrades, can you? Since he's not in your party to go to the shop.
-Healing apparently still charges the limit gauge.
-Poisen is spelled wrong, it should be Poison. Unless it's supposed to mean something else, as traditional bio-contaminants wouldn't work very well on robots anyway.
-The low-functioning Reploids without the ability to think aren't Reploids at all, they're Mechaniloids. Thinking and free will are basically what differentiates a Reploid from a Mechaniloid, or robot. You could be using Reploid as a catch-all phrase, but please keep this in mind.
-The max number of chip slots appears to be 4, even though the number itself can be raised to 5 (or more?).

A few things I'd like to see:
-The Escape action should be moved up to the Up key menu. There's only two things in there anyway and the Escape button is not something I like to see in my attack menu.
-SEXP seems to be really small and mastering chips would take FOREVER. Though if you are continuing the game and the save carries over, I suppose you will have plenty of more challenging enemies lined up that will offer somewhat more lucrative amounts.
-The save file WILL carry over this time, right?
-Maybe just a little more to make the three characters more unique, besides a single specialty chip (And their separate limit breaks). I know it might interfere with your "Customize anyone to do anything" style, but it would be cool if they each had some kind of special action, like the R1 button action on MMX: Command Mission. Which, by they way, props on the Red Scarf X. He's cool.
-Some more useful or distinct Formations. I haven't switched off of Standard, ever.
-Any way to make Axl's casting animation something else? It just seems weird to me.

Regardless, I look forward to your next work.
