Handicap Guy is Cool
The handicap guy saves the flash again!
Better than the first
Rather disturbing, but has its humourous moments.
The art has improved somewhat from the original, and the voice acting is great. Again it suffers from overlapping audio problem though, which is a pain. Worth watching!
