That pretty much dumbs it down enough for it to be funny. Lets see uhhh... improvements... uhhhhhh... OH! You could try to get rid of the static in the background (and this goes along with the static) but it was hard to here Vincent (and Cloud sometimes). So maybe some subtitles. And finally some of you lines on your drawings need to be cleaned up.

I had a laugh at this but... like everyone else said, your animation isn't really that decent and voice quality needs to be better. (I know... I have crappy grammar)

I'm sure if I could rewrite history, this is what I would do in FF7. Killing Yuffie was the best idea i've ever had.

i got a laugh out of it
animation need a little work but was still good. was a little slow at first and hard to hear what they say, but the punch line made up for it all. really funny, hope to see more.
