Reviews for "Pwong 2"

sweet ass of bad

i pwongd the first one and pwongd the secound :D

Pong, with a twist.

Pwong 2 makes it stand out from the original classic Pong by increasing the number of balls, powerups, and the tense moments (Where a lot of balls are being thrown into play). The graphics are pretty made, and the remix to "Popcorn" really fits into this piece of game.

There's one little thing the developer (probably) has overlooked. A match ends once the song ends. "So what's the deal?" If you'd have a lot of slowmotion powerups, and possibly the maximum upgrade on powerups (Making slowmotion last longer) will make the match slow down for a while, while the music doesn't.

Let's say the song lasts for 4 minutes (It's actually 4:18 but for convenience)

Without picking up any slowmotion powerups the match would last 4 minutes. Now let's say you pick up a total of 1 minute slowmotion time:

[Normal] 2 in-game minutes -> 2 song minutes
[Slowmotion] 1 in-game minutes -> 2 song minutes (If slowmotion is actually 50%, which I'm not sure)

So the song has already played for 4 minutes now. While the slowmotion 1 in-game minute means you had 1 less (fast-paced) minute to play.

(Kind of hard to explain) if everything would be slowmotion, you'd have 2 minutes of playtime (less time to score points). IF everything would be in slowmotion, you'd even miss out on one of those tense moments where 20 balls should be put into play.

My apologies for making it sound complicated.

Yay!

I enjoyed the first one and this one just made it even better.
Is it possible to push the ball count and speed even further? That would be great.

i love when the slow motion is at right timing at music. it feel like awesome!

Classic.
