Try harder
I found that the premise was ok. but try being logically consistant with your writing for the believability of your audience. Use of the Titanic means no deserted islands. research a ship that went down in the pacific, or southern atlantic. the pig on the island sounds too "Lord of the Flies". And a "Jet Ski"? in 1912? I'm pretty sure you needed to be sailing in the mid-late 1980's to be save by one of them. Clever use of the photos though. Good Luck. Cheers.
