that is not an oboe
There is no identifiable "reed" sound whatsoever. Consulting with a friend of mine who has a masters in music - she confirmed the same thing. It's a muted trumpet followed by a clarinet. Even the very vibrato that makes its way in at the very end of the piece is never what you would hear done by a wind instrument.
The "wah-wah" sound gives it away in an instant. Try to find any example of an oboe ever making a sound similar to that. Good luck, because reed instruments don't function like that.
