It's amazing what you can do with a few household objects.
The animation is good, but a bit boring.
All and all, it's not terrible, just too boring for my taste.

I dig the idea, what you did is truly something you don't see every day in NG.
BUT,
your speech in the intro sounded so similar with Chris Jordan's "Picturing excess" on TED, that I just couldn't help myself but to ask did you really came up with that speech or you were inspired by Chris Jordan? And if you did I think that you should at least give him a credit when writing your author comments.

Reminds me of the ful body figures that create music by doing things aswell.
Think this could use some work though, since your using silhouette animation, you should try make the action as clear as possible and make it really hit the sounds. And some more complex music, like the fullbody music animation had a full song and at some points the whole screen would be full of these silhouette figures creating music, defnitly make another but spend more time thinking bout the little things and this could really work. goodluck =)
