Pretty neat
I like how each character fit into this. It kept me entertain though it was kinda boring the voice acting was a nice touch tho.

I always hated talking babies. This isn't really an exception. You need to practice your traditional drawing more. You clearly have some good ideas, but things like Street Fighter Babies aren't the best way to express them.
Try taking a figure drawing class.
