Needs work
As the title of the post suggests, your flash needs work. Although it may be better than anything I can possibly concoct, it is still crude, but that isn't to say that this is bad for a first flash. Also nice use of DestinyNexus' country mix, did reflect the scene. Keep it up.

That was pretty good for your first animation, and hey, you even put sound in it! It was funny but the only bad thing about the flash was the drawing of the bear, that could be improved, but bears are hard to draw anyway
