Cute and Quirky, but not complete.
I also feel the choice of music is inappropriate for the type of theme your going for.
This is a cartoon of fluid motion. Similar to the animations of John Kricfalusi.
But you lacked adequate sound and animation.
It's like I'm just watching a story board for a future project.
Sure it's a mini-flash.
But I got this thing about only appreciating 'finished' work.

I love this style!
Reminds me of the old Ren and Stimpy cartoons and the 90's flow of movement. You don't see too much 2d stuff anymore like back in those days. I really liked it!
