Average sprite fight animation
It was fair. Smooth animation, average story, no obvious problems.
... Other than hearing "You're in for an incredible fight! Which one of these will be the champion?" every three goddamn seconds. Go find some better filler sounds, or don't use them at all.

Episode 1 was so much better. Well at least it was 'watchable'
This flash lagged so much and I could not even see anything much past the Cammy and Chunli fight.
Fix the V-cam. The camera was positioned on the extremely poor quality Jpeg backgrounds and not on the characters. I missed all the action as I was watching BG walls.
The only good thing about the first 20 seconds of this movie that I could actually see, was the fact that you made it less DBZ like.

Nothing new.
I'm sorry to say that this will get you nowhere. Of course there are people who enjoy seeing the same things over and over in different flashes, but come on, don't you want more? Don't you want to evolve and learn better ways of animation and entertainment?
Taking popular characters and put them in a makeshift story with overused soundeffects really isn't the way if you want to be an artist.
You may get some fans with those, but isn't it frustrating that you simply did the same thing lots of animators did before you?
(Thats just my opinion, ignore it and mark it as useless if you want. :P)
