Scare-tacular
Amazing. Usually, I don't get scared by games like this. The graphics are a bit of a turn off for me in the "scare department". But wow. The second the creepy little boy set himself on fire, I was skeptic that I could play through the whole thing. The entire time I was playing, it kept me feeling like I was in the midst of it. Finding the body in the locker was scary enough, but then it talks and stares at you with eyes filled with blood? Chilling, as well as a nice homage to Condemned 1 :P The puzzles are challenging as well, though I didn't like the compass one much. That's more my fault for being too much of a retard to hold the button down. I'm too determined to find the secret ending, so I haven't finished my first game with the normal ending yet.
Speaking of, for anyone interested in the secret ending, I don't know exactly how to get it, but in the last room before you exit, rather than leaving, grab the phone in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Enlarge it, click the bottom area (or spam-click stuff until it shows you the back), press the button, and put the battery in (it's in the hands of the left-side mannequin in the bedroom). Then.... you can dial numbers, but 911 won't work and I don't have any other ideas. If anyone else figures out what number to dial, tell me!
