you dont have to ask really.. just finish.
You have the skills need to make a good animation. But there are soomethings you should really work on.
- you seem to wanna make the flash good with the music so you repeat untell the part comes. just making something until the part comes. like zoom in on the face or some shit ya no?

I don't really understand why you would ask people if you should finish it. Just be patient and do it. It looks like it has potential.

I know it is your first flash but let's get down to the facts
First of all, i really dont get the plot of the story, try adding voice or text
Next, You need to spend time on your flash, the flash was too short
Then, Try adding better animation because i did not find a good variety of animations.
Lastly, it seems as if you tried to extend the flash a little. I saw two pauses that i thought were never going to end, compress your story a little to delete the "empty moments.
A few hints, try to at least have a Menu so people can start when they want to.
Also, add a variety of backgrounds instead of a continuous loop.
Try harder next time and i wish you very good luck on your second try. The first one just did not turn out very well

yes, you should have finnished it before uploading it. when you do finnish it, try not to pause on one moment for so long. i hope you do well, these are two of my favorite characters from my childhood. it could end up being good, but for now it is an unfinnished flash. you get a 2 for what you have so far, you get the rest when its finnished.
