Actually not too bad.
I like the sandbag idea.
It was a little ' throwing in at the deep end' as there were no instuctions for controls.
But then again it took me seconds to pick it up.
I'd love to give you more, but the game needs more first, more enimies, more guns, more powerups, more scenery, whatever.
But still, good going.

Needs sound and music.
It was a good start. Next time, work more on the game. Every game needs sound and music, and it seems that you haven't added any. It makes the game more "lively". Make a shop with weapons. Each time you complete a level, you end up in the shop, before you start playing next wave. Well... The power - ups was a good idea, but not "too" original.
Or else, good idea. ^^,
