Excellent.
This has become my favorite game on newgrounds, bar none. It's got great graphics (I mean really great. The 3D cutscenes look amazing, and not just for a flash game,) eerie, memorable music, the controls are intuitive, and you really did a good job getting that sense of dread and creepiness in there.
Considering the graphical quality, I didn't expect it to be very long, but it kept me playing for a couple of hours. A few of the puzzles forced me to watch the walkthrough, and I did find that at times, you had to carefully search every cm of the screen to make sure you didn't miss anything, which was a bit of a drawback. None the less, I found that all the puzzles managed to be difficult, and at the same time, the solutions always made sense (unlike in a game like, say, REA: Riley's back, where you have to make the mental connection that making a hamster dump in his coffee will somehow make his phone ring.)
There is one major criticism I have with the game, and that's the ending. It just felt anti-climatic, and I don't feel it did a very good job of ending the story and resolving the mystery. <spoiler>You never find out what the robots' intentions are, or why they're there, or much about them at all, aside from the fact that they look like Easter Island heads and can turn into jets. I hope you'll make a sequel to this, in which you get to learn more about them.</spoiler>
Despite that problem, it's still a fantastic point and click with plenty to offer. 9/10, you are a flash master.
Not bad
Next time you put a red herring in one of your games make it have a use to throw people off :)
Two complaints:
1. The gold buddha + iron bar = crowbar, makes no sense at all
2. The ending was anticlimactic.
Otherwise, keep 'em coming :)
