Flow and delivery obviously goes to TK. After hearing TK in round 1, I thought he was gonna murder Jokobe. TK couldn't throw personals in round 1 cuz he had no info, but he has no excuse here. I don't think there are enough personals from TK. Props to TK for all the multirhymes. Jakobe needs to improve his flow (forced, like you're squeezing in syllables sometimes), has too many Slim Shady disses, and towards the end, the clarity of vocals became difficult to hear. Lol at Jakobe's adlibs. I think Jakobe had better punches though.

I do like Jakobe, but TK's delivery is better enough to get my vote here.
Jakobe had some fairly good disses, granted, but he needs to put more into it.
Also he should buy a better mic, but I don't vote on those grounds (unless it's inaudible).
