god this person (not the artist or the art its self) looks like the most annoying bitch to be around, just look at the way she does that motion. i can just imagine her saying 'yah i showed you' to like a twelve year old. just arrogant and over competitive for no real reason, except maybe her dad would beat as a child and then would beat her at a card game, and then beat her again for being bad at cards. but other than that not badly animated and the art is ok. my only problem is her hair Barrettes look like eyes to me and it makes her bangs look like the teeth, and now that ive said that it looks like a pokemon is trying to eat her head but is choking to death on all of her heavily forced edginess.

It's well drawn but the animation is a bit slow, in the part she puts the card in the thing for example. No action. In my opinion tho :)
Those dueling arm pieces were so cool to have back in the day too. Too bad you couldn't really store side decks in them. Also, which card is that specifically?
