Surprisingly pleasant.

While first reading the title, my initial thought was to vote 0, but after watching it loop a few times through I decided to give a vote of 3, because while the animation is very short, the lip syncing is rather extraordinary and the thought of Kirby pulling off the voice of Rick Astley so professionally with a straight face made me smile.

Although it's only a loop, it's still nicely animated. Funny idea, although I won't give a 30 sec loop a 10.
