There is a reason the internet is pushing television into the ground and shows like this are a part of it.
It *is* simply animated but its presentation of the hidden side of Wily's organization is refreshing and hilarious.
I'd say Squiggle-vision (ie. shows like 'Home Movies') has some *heavy* competition.

I've seen this long before I ever registered, and I enjoyed it plenty. I still enjoy it--especially the parts involving Hard Man and the three speedsters of the Robot Masters.
