-.-

i'd rather have a rocket launcher than a laser turret thats hard to maneuver it..

massive downfall

when you spin the laser it takes too long to stop moving that is a huge downfall which can end up killing you and you need to be able to click on the powerups to use them or throw them

Good Start

I have no problem with the controls - i can definitely see them as a feature rather than a design flaw.
I would rather have less health and health regeneration options and less enemies to go with it, with each a greater threat - it will make the gameplay more tense in my opinion, instead of being somwehat of a grind.
Also - upgrades, upgrades. Can't live without em (as long as they're useful AND balanced)
Cosmetically - would like to see treadmarks, scorchamrks and debris remain longer on-screen, at least as an option for fast computers. The battlefield is too clean.

controls vs. idea

nice idea.
as others said: the way you can control the torreet makes it hard to aim.

just some ideas:
-the laser could hit everything in its path, but the further away your crosshair is, the weaker the laser is (so you cannot aim far away and spin around to kill everything easily)
-this laser path could be made of fire, that hurts the enemies
-the different levels could have different map containing laser reflecting objects.
-different types of lasers, maybe

have fun creating more stuff like this.

Good idea,

bad execution, as said before. Keyboard is way too complex for a game like this, and mouse is too fast.
