Crazy quickie of a game.
Really liked it, but I'm still curious on what the hell the boss is if the sperm is Fulp's kid. An alien parasite? Some horrifying guardian of April's womb?

Enjoyable little game.
I had fun with this one. It was a good challenge without ever making you feel overly frustrated. I also loved the weapon upgrades, though I wish they had been a little slower to achieve and possibly having more ranks (with bigger bullets - no pun intended). There are only two things I'd like to see:
First: It sucks that you die if you go off the left edge of the screen in level 1, maybe that could just block you like it does for the boss?
Second: A restart button would have been appreciated when I died on Aborted attempts.
In conclusion: thank you for this fun little game. It'll never hold out in replay, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself the entire time while playing in.
On a side note: it seems odd that beating the boss is worth 100 medal points while doing so without dying (significantly harder) is only worth 25. Did you mean to switch those?
i get a lot of mixed responses regarding the difficulty. some people find it incredibly difficult, and others find it just right. i don't think i've ever seen someone say it was too easy besides me :P in earlier builds of the game, we did have bigger bullets, but with the way the hitTests worked, we had to scrap that and use a larger amount of small bullets instead. as for the weapon upgrades, they're easy to get because it is incredibly frustrating to die and lose all your upgrades and then not stand a chance against the harder-to-kill enemies like the fish and the tumor.
1) don't go off to the left then ;P
2) a restart at the boss button? i don't think it's necessary. look in the earlier reviews for tips on how to beat the boss without dying - i outlined the steps i use to get Aborted in a response.
again, replay value seems to be another mixed issue. it's replayable because of the medals and for comedic value and for a bit of fun, i guess. some people find it incredibly frustrating and i don't imagine them playing it a lot ;P
the reason we chose those values for the medals is because we wanted people to want to, at least, complete the game first. if you want to go back and make it harder, good, here's a little extra. y'know?
also, what the hell is with people? this review was helpful. i'm marking it up. people on here are so fucking stupid. just because it's not a perfect 10, doesn't mean it isn't helpful. guh. >:C
eh, not so bad
beating the boss without dying is a challenge... but oh well... 3 out of 4 medals won. I didn't have problems with moving, but the shooting was odd... oh well, maybe an aiming system can be included in the next version
