only this time you have multiple guys. I liked the music. that was about it. You had layering issues. because you call it scene creator add animation otherwise call it a snapshot creator.
so every thing gets a 0 except music. music gets a 10.

I liked it but there were alot of things that could have been better.
You couldnt put those small details over the characters so some of them wasnt visible.
Could need a options menu like Luagor said.
Needs a better main menu.
Needed some animated stuff.

-Try to not put a link on the text as "Start creating".
Put the link in a invisible rectangle over the text.
You should put a clean all button.
-You should put an option box for at least 5 backgrounds,
3 musics, 3 qualites...
-You should put a dresser on the side of the screan because
they stifles your game.
-Animated objects, souds as gun and easter eggs for bonus are appreciate.
It was ok.
The thing I liked best in this scene creator, though, was actually the menu, before I actually started playing. It looked fairly attractive, with the nice font and cool (although a little blurry) background of a Madness Combat scene.
The scene creator itself was a little meh, though. Some things I would recommend here would be to not make your own heads and bodies and such. I mean to say that they weren't bad looking, just that the original Madness parts might look a little better. If you make another one of these, try to add more variety in what you can choose from. In other words, add more guns, more hand variations, some blood stains, changeable backgrounds, and just overall more everything. Then, you should be all set.
