It's pretty damn good, really.
The animation is solid, with a good sense of style and seamless sound. The subtitles are a nice thought, even though you speak plenty clearly. However, it lacks that wit that's really necessary in a drug PSA, otherwise it just seems like it's coming from the Man. Then again, cute girl voices help. Unlike the guy below me, I thought the intro meth song was fantastic, although it got my hopes up for humor that wasn't there in the cartoon, as it turned out.
