Okay for a first animation, but next time, try to use sound,
also, Hank doesn't talk.
Then again, he has had several bullets to the jaw, I don't think people would be talking after that.
You could also try to make your own style, instead of piggy-backing off Krinkel's Idea.

definately not too bad at all. especially for a first attempt! i would say that sound would improve it by quite alot tho.
Tween
You could massively improve the choppy animation by using Motion Tweens.
i suppose you missed the part saying "first time using flash" I didn't even know what that was, i just thought it was a funny word. I would walk up to some one and be like "your a tween"

I don't expect this to get an award or anything, but I don't see the reason why the score is so low. It was a pretty good try, you bulit a weak plot that seemed to go with some of the story, and I can see that you tried. There are things that you could have done to increase your score. The movie probably would have gone along much better with at least some kind of sound, it doesn't have to be any madness combat sounds, or maybe you could make a music video. You could have added an Icon. You should also do more animation tests, because this was somewhat choppy at certain parts. I would recommend that you continue to do animation so you can improve.
Listen, I am saying this one last time about the sound, there was sound, but it didn't load properly.
but yeah, flash is harder than i thought.
