Little bit of praise. Good, but too... busy.

I am a big fan of the Dark Cut series as well as a few other games you've written. Awesome stuff, all of it... except this. The AI is wonderful, weapons and everything are very nicely done and it looks purdy too... and it makes the cut, but just barely as the game is still playable. I mean, as far as I know there is no real way to 'lose' just keep retrying and you keep making money. It's just that you can only go so far with one bunker and when you get to start using two or three it gets complicated quick.

One huge problem is the bunker thing. There are 8 keyboard keys to use bare minimum if you have all of the weapons and bunkers and that's IF you're using a mouse. My hands started to cramp up after about 5 minutes.

How about instead of three seperate bunkers, add a gun or two to the one bunker, like dual fire a machine gun and pellet gun? Or have an upgrades section of the shop that increases the health of the one bunker?

Overall a classic 'tank wars' with a few nice twists and few disadvantages... but that's more or less your style. I still can't beat Dark Cut 3 and I loved the challenge. Keep up the awe inspiring work. I wish I could give this one more, but 7/10. Looks great, could use better sounds, music fit, but gameplay was just too busy for me and some others apparently ^.^;;

Note: SHOL3 isn't the only one having that loading error. If anyone else is having the same error just clear your temp files and try it again until he fixes the bug.

Ideas for improvement

Make it so you can set the additional bunkers to auto.
as in make it so the other bunkers that you get in the game will fight automatically so we dont have to switch back and forth as often.

Switching between multiple bunkers is annoying and hard to do unless they all stacked on top of one another.

Make Weapon switching controlled with scroll wheel. For some reason it seems that pressing the number buttons has some lagg between presses.

Make a Map Editor. Plain and simple.

Make a limit to how far bunkers can fall. as in, if they go off screen they instantly die.

With machine gun, 1. Make its like last upgrade +5 dmg. 2. Make it so the shots are effected by the changing angle, like if i had an angle of 75 Deg. and shot then dragged the cursor to 50 Deg. the individual shot would land from the distance of what 75 deg. gets them to, to what 50 deg. gets the shot to.

Make Air support somewhat controllable as to where the shot land.

Some weapons show that once they get upgraded they gain +0 of something fix it so it only shows whats actually getting upgraded.
Some ideas for additional weapons:
Flamethrower: Limited range but can deal major damage.
Digger: Major Damage if bunker hit directly, diggs foe deep under.
Meteor Shower: 3-6 Meteors strike in random places.
Blast Ball: Bunker hit with ball moves away from shot.
Magnetic Spike: Shoots a spike that attracts bunkers to for X amount of time.
Tunneler: Shot goes through floor only to jump back out of the ground destroying the land around the blast.
Freeze Grenade: Bunkers in a blast radius will have reload times temporarily slowed by 5% for X amount of time.
Emp Missile: Must the closer the shot hits the bunker the greater the bunker is disabled.
Converter: Creates a shield which blocks x amount of damage. all damage the shield has taken in X amount of time heals that bunker.

Ill give more when i can think of some

it was okay...

seriously, who puts a dark blue tracer on a black background? but other than that...well, the floor was a big piss off... but other than THAT it was fine. I laughed when the super thumper did less damage than the regular one.

Could be better

It worked pretty good and the power ups were cool but the back stroy was lame a hell and it was kinda bland. I like the space theme tho so why not add some cool techno music and have the player kill the turrets before the song ends or something like that would make it better.

Needs more upgrades

It was an ok game untill level 12.

Then they had 3 of those things that make all of your bullets blow up and the wave wasn't the thing that did it it was just after it got past you so they would change use it then change to the next one use it fire at me with there nuke then change fire that bullet killer thing then fire at me with all of there weapons in 2 seconds. 2 of my "bunkers died before there nukes were charged.

Lower the dificulty and add more upgrades and custom weapons that you pay for the splash, damage, range, reload time, fire rate (if they have a clip or something), accuaracy.

Also have to upgrade the bunkers so they can hold more weapons or health.

Allows more bunkers.

And get rid of the stupid color and lower the bouncyness of the map (i liked that at first before they got nukes and others)
