Really good, but...
In overal it's a good game, just a bit too slow. The aiming is the weakest point in my opinnion.

Insanely good
This is one of the best RTS/Tanks style game I have ever played!
UP-Side: Very good graffics and game play, Excellent array of weapons, and great music.
Down-Side: You can't move!
A sequile would need: more weapons or interchangable ammo and the ability to move or make weak mobile units.
All in all, a very well made game! 9/10
