Sharp Learning Curve

It's one of the best games I've ever played on this site. The only problem that I have with the game is that the time limit is a little tight especially on the later levels. It's annoying when you just released a big weapon only for your opponent to bubble his base before it hits, negating the attack. But still, the music and the graphics were nice, the gameplay is great, and it's definitely a good game.

Not bad until later levels

It started pretty fun until later levels. I'm just wondering...why do you have a timelimit for killing the enemies? A nuke was 2 pixels away from blowing up when it says Times Up I had .14 seconds left and there was one level where I was in a deep pit by a nuke and the enemy was in a deep pit by a nuke. No one could shoot the other.

I like the way that you can upgrade weapons and the variety of defense and attacking things.

Hints and probably spoiler...
How to beat this darn game

Start the game and place your bunker next to the other bunkers. and upgrade your pellet gun. Always upgrade pellet gun to the max when you buy a new bunker. Buy the homing missles when you have the money to. Then upgrade it to the max. Keep buying seeking missiles and upgrading it until buttons 2,3,4,5 are full of it. When the enemies get tougher you need to change tactics. Buy two EMT and upgrade it to the max if possible (place at 4,5). If you can, buy two more bunkers. They can act like decoys until later. You should put all your bunkers together at a far end of the map now. When you have the moolah, buy a MR Nuke and upgrade it to the max. Place it at Bunker 2 or 3. Then buy more and put it on the same bunker. Always place your seeking missiles bunker between the enemy and 2,3. So the placement should look like...Enemy----1-2-3. One of the bunkers is useless but if you have cash, buy two EMT for it just in case your 1 bunker dies. Buy two Time Delay so if only your 2,3 Bunkers are alive, you have enough time to let the nukes load and launch toward the enemy (only launch two at a time because the enemy might do EMT).

That's about it =O. Hope it helps, if it doesn't PM me saying that I suck bollocks.

great, but with flaws

okay, the reason im giving 8 is because amongst the whole "terrain can't be worn down with normal shots" thing, this is really annoying when i have to play through a level 50times and hope a fully upgraded burrow bomb doesn't come my way, because right after that a nuke comes hurtling towards me and kills me, through this huge f'ing spike thing they seem to like making, other than that i think its a solid game

Good, but it could be better.

I'll start with what I found good about this game. It was fun, at least until I got to the higher levels. The art was nice and simple and it fit well with the theme. The music fit well too and didn't get annoying, mostly because it blended in with what I was concentrating on. The weapon system made the game much more entertaining as well.

Now the main thing that bugged me about this game, The Controls. They could've been done much more efficiently. Every time I switched between turrets, the targeting I had set up would reset resulting in me taking a lot of damage while I attempted to readjust. It got to the point where I would stick to one turret and use the other as a distraction.

Also, I was playing one match and the turrets were auto-firing. I dunno if that was supposed to happen or not, but I think it'd be nice if you could have one turret auto-firing while you control the other one. A tutorial would be helpful too. Maybe a main menu button as well? I had to quit to get to the menu so I could review the controls again.

So yeah, overall it's a great game. Touch up the controls a bit and it'll be an excellent game!

fun but easy

This was way too easy imo, i just fully upgraded 3 pellet guns and sat them in between the other bunkers and won, easily. Still fun though.
