I liked it
This actually looks like one of those games I'd come back and play again. It was fun the whole way through, and pretty challenging towards the end. Nice job overall.

You just brought the side scrollin shooter back! Perfect difficulty and game dynamics, and the dry-humor of the characters was a plus too XD.

Fun....and hard
*breathes heavilly* OK, don't attack the mines...don't attack the mines... OMG A MINE!!! *shoots* ahhh crap....
that's my most frequent situation in this game :P those freakin things made it quite hard. the different abilities of the ships made it quite replayable, and the charges made it just a little easier. great job, still hoping for a sequel.
