Challenging, adicting, gratifying
This is what I look for in a game. It's simple to learn, difficult to master and has occupied me for a couple hours now. If the game gets to frustrating, chalenge mode can distract long enough to get back in the mood. I also like that the gems are optional. The little guy is cute too.
My only technical complaint has to do with saving. If i save on a pad then go get a gem, i need to discover the next save pad because you don't allow us to save again on the most recent save pad. (if that makes sense). It was a little scary, cause some of the gems i had to work really hard for and was too afraid of dying on my way to the next (or previous) pad.
So far I've collected all but one gem. The one I'm missing is the gen in the little nook directly above a lava pit. any advice on how to get it?

sometimes you have to bounce off lava with bombs.
