Serious issues here.
Okay. Number one. You don't seem to be able to decide whether you want to make a puzzle game or a Peggle-esque action game. Either of the two is fine. However, if it's a puzzle game, too many of your puzzles rely on SKILL rather than deductive reasoning and intelligence to solve, because your swinging mechanic is like entirely luckbased in certain levels.
If it's an action game, you need to make it less like the famous Hitchhiker's Guide scene with the babelfish, in which a single unforseen mistake requires a complete restart of the level.
Either is fine. But PICK one. You're requiring reflex shots instead of thinking. You either get to be playing pinball or a puzzle game. Not both.
Also, much more importantly than all of this;
MAKE YOUR MOVING PLATFORMS HAVE FRICTION!
The fact that the ball needs to be rolling forward at the perfect speed to stay on the platform is utterly ridiculous, and turns what should be an easy puzzle into absolute bullcrap.
I don't know why so many people are praising this. It's decent. It's not great.
