The ending bugs me too. Honestly, these guys are above the law. Federal exectutions for white collar crimes are unheard of. The most he would get is a year, and even that wouldn't last long.
Assasination is the only way to kill him, though I wouldn't kill the guy. I'd just find a way to strip away every thing he owns.

Great way to take out your rage against those greedy Wall Street/Bank Executives..especially Bernie Madoff. Great game! The only downsie is having to point your cursor to aim and shoot. Other than that I still give it a 10!
