another one?!

when will they stop?! well, besides moving really slow, it did look and play nice.
but when will they stop making these?!

noaddiction114 responds:

unless you computer can't run it at 24 fps. it shouldn't be too slow. also, it really starts to pick up around level 3.

Also, people make them because it's a great way to test your raw knowledge of actionscript.

A faithful remake!

This feels just like as it did on the Atari. Terrific work!

noaddiction114 responds:

Thank you for the 10. I was going for true blue classic pong. I hope to improve on my code later so that it might become more challenging for the player, as well as entertaining.

original

nice original remake you should put physics in it tho if the paddle is moving up and the ball down and u hit it it changes the trajectory of the ball

noaddiction114 responds:

I was thinking about doing that, but at the time of creation I just wanted to get it done. But, I might go back and see about doing something like that. I was just worried about speeding the blip's y-axis movement and making it to fast for the enemy paddle at first.

Good stuff!

Build on it and you have a very nice game, keep it up. I wanna see more of it. XD

noaddiction114 responds:

more? are you asking for more levels or something else? I would love to have a motive to make more so feel free to throw me a hook.

not enough control

you should be able to hit the ball in different directions depending where on the paddle it hits.

noaddiction114 responds:

it was intended to be very classic, but when I have more time i will do that.
