Good, but.
As with the first one before it, this is a well-made, fun game, but it has one big glaring flaw: wings. There's a reason most of these avoider-type games have unlimited retries: tackling a tough problem over and over until you beat it can be fun. Tackling a tough problem three times, starting over, beating a bunch of easier problems, tackling the tough problem three times, and restarting again...not so much. Unless you're trying to get someone's quarters, there's really no point in a lives system for a game like this--it just makes it so much less accessible and less fun.
