Sublime & Almost as Fun as Real Procreation ;)
Beautiful level design, simple concept but the way you've shaped the female reproductive system into each stage is so creative. What's more, every stage is unique in its challenges and feel: level one is like your typical race game, but 2nd stage feels more like pac-man! Stage 3 has a bit of puzzle-solving thrown in, it's almost like four games, combined seamlessly into one.
Every element of the game just feels so complete. From the quirky sperm you control, the murderous guards, to the way the colors and serene music blend into the game. What should be a high-stake, live-or-die race to the finish somehow becomes a fun, calming experience through your design. Simply beautiful.
How about some additional interactivity? Unless you're aiming for more a more realistic feel, how bout adding some laser guns so you can shoot down the other competitors ? : P Hmmm that's a horrid idea, nvm. How bout adding controls for a second player, so there's a hint of competitive element to it as well, in addition to beating the time limit? Not that it matters, the game has so much playabililty already. I'll be vying for you that this work make it into the front page.

I won! Yay! Nice level designs, each one offered a different challenge, not too long, not too short. Some good coding ( nice menu effect! ) this outta get front paged, it's dealing with a sexual subject without being overly dirty, I like that, I don't think you see it enough. 5'd and fav'd.

well, that may be over stating things just a tad, but i really enjoyed this game. if you ever make a sequel, consider starting from the birth place of sperm :3
