its good but what was the reason of the letters in the background?

it was a north and south. i figured otherwise there would be no way to tell if you were moving if you weren't looking at the target.
good, but
you need to put in a background of some kind to tell that you are moving/turning.
Decent Concept
Decent Concept. Needs alittle more too it, Some Background and stuff so you can actually tell when the end is other then the letters Zipping by. Maybe some music, Alittle More Graphics. But yea good concept just add a bit too it maybe add it where u can fail or a time limit or something and resubmit. Keep up the good work and i look forward to seeing an improved version. Good Luck.

thanks very much. like i said below, this is more of an engine so that i can build something much cooler. i'm going to try to make a level with enemies that can hurt you next time.

I can't understand exactly how challenging this was to make as you say from your comment. In fact, this looks more like it took 4-5days and it was rushed.... But, I can't fully blame you. Maybe its just the coding you learned :x!
The only thing that made the game a lot worse was the floating 'S' that kept passing from left to right. And its a pretty obvious bug.... You shouldn't have intentionally let that one slip.

the 's' was not a bug. since there wasn't anything but the target guy, i put a north and south so you could tell if you were turning when not facing the target.
it did took about as long as you said, but this was more of something i could build upon and make a real game. it's more of a 3d engine.
Good start.
I hope to see more. I'd like to see the animated fracture of targets, maybe some tracer rounds.
