Cool style
I like the style, with the moods and expressions in bubbles. You also found a way to talk about racism without having actual races.

Wait, there's such thing as racism?
People will always hate eachother for some reason or another. If it's not race, it's sexual orientation, if it's not that, it's their taste in music, the way they dress, the car they drive, the car they DON'T drive. Ect. Ect.
--My opinion being said, it was a very well done animation.
I would've enjoyed it a bit more if it was a bit smoother, I noticed the characters limbs seemed kinda choppy as opposed to flowing.
I liked the clever use of Smiley faces and Punctuation Marks, very creative.
