I thought this was very well done. The use of no voices and any actually skin colors leaves this animation free of any discrimination. If you didn't make an A on this assignment, then your teacher has no taste. :]
A good start
For a short animation, I think this was pretty good. I'm not sure the moral is very strong, since as a few people have pointed out, not everyone was green. What, so only blue guys get picked on? The animation, though, was really good. Above average. It's a pity this was so short. I can see you becoming a good contributor to Newgrounds if you keep it up. Your next submission could be a longer one, as in not a PSA but a whole movie.
Maybe do something about Naruto or Sonic, then people will think you're cool! Be conformist!
