Got a long way to go
So what have we got here then? One of those "Anime Hell" (or whatever was the original) rip-offs? Some random footage from cartoons or video-games set to some other cartoon/comedian/monthy python audio? Been done to death but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. At least your video is original (in a loose sense).
Biggest issue though? With all the limitless choice of comedy audio material, why did you stick to Family Guy and Monthy Python sketches and memes that have been parodied countless time before? And why didn't you try to do anything interesting with them? Most of it was just the original scene with what I'm guessing are your Deviant Art buddies. At times this makes your laziness (which is totally ok as long as you don't make it obvious) apperent with the Prime example being "Fart band" where you could have either edited out the "closing stall doors" sound or just have animated something to have make the sound (no, a close-up doesn't count).
It's not all bad though. When you DO decide to do some proper animation it's very smooth so that's good. It's a shame you most of the time just use those instant, one-frame, "anime-cuts". And that final scene? "Showdown". That was hilarious. Had the entire toon been made up of material of that hilariousnessness it would have been great. Shame.
So any other tips until next flash? If you're gonna do another one of these "flash hell" flashes I suggest you could try adding some quick skip buttons or keyboard-controls so you can quickly cycle through the toons and get back to the scene select menu. And if you are gonna recycle animation ("Spacious Sleeves", "Fart band") don't do it for too long or it will get really boring quickly.
