My short summary for tank wards this year:
I was happy about every single choice and agreed with every single one. I loved the end where tom said "I'm gonna go delete Pico 2." That was hilarious.

It was a good soure for flash ans music, and I will be checking them out. The Tank Awards were very satisfying!
Decent and comical, but surprising winners.
I have to say, I'm a bit puzzled at the winner for best video. As much as I love HH's submissions, it'd be like seeing "Minority Report" win an Academy Award for Best Picture when "Million Dollar Baby" was also nominated. Nothing against "Minority Report", but that's clearly nothing more than an action/star-vehicle, while "Million Dollar Baby" was a serious piece of acting and writing.
CNT was produced, drawn, and voice acted quite well. But that's it. There's virtually nothing else to be taken from the video, and I don't hold that against it. There's literally nothing to distinguish it from the thousands of other violent "Surprise!" minute-wasters on Newgrounds. I would dare assume that an award for Best Video would require more than a sudden, awful "twist".
To conclude, there are plenty of epic, well-written and well-produced videos on this website. CNT, while funny and "surprising", isn't the best that Newgrounds has to offer. Also, I would support the inclusion of additional categories in any further Tank Awards.
