Bowja is Back!
I'm not sure what is so enticing about this series, but I love it. I never seem to get tired of finding new ways to mess with those evil purple ninjas.
The gameplay was as great as usual, not too easy or too hard, but overall entertaining. It is good that the gameplay isn't too hard, because when I get stuck in this series, the fun starts draining pretty fast. The graphics are as fitting as they've ever been, and the adventure feeling is there as well.
The tenth star comes off because of the story. It was a little confusing to me. I believe that the storyline was a bit too 'epic' for a game with no dialogue or words. At the end of each chapter, or before each, there should be a small summary to help explain what's happening. I had no idea why I was where I was the whole time...It kind of kills the adventure spirit when I'm busy wondering why I'm even in this place.
But don't get me wrong, more epic storylines for Bowja is great in my mind. Just remember that when you up the ante storyline wise, you ned to throw us a bone or two.
