A nice little distraction...
Everyone needs a good simple story every now and then. You've gotten the plot across perfectly, the animations are consistent throughout the whole thing, and it kinda reminds me of a short Pixar film for some reason.
I hope that's what you where going for, because you pulled it off nicely. I'm glad to see the Tween-Master submitting things again... and it's awesome that you are going through new and fresh ideas!
Very enjoyable to watch
It was great experience this. The music was a fantastic choice and the video was made the perfect style for it.

That said, it's not your best work, and while I agree with Gerkinman about the visual appeal, I enjoy some of your other animations a little more. Kerrigan's Big Invention is probably your best work.
Cliche
Why does it always have to be the "evil" human who destroys the animals life? In most cases it's other animals doing that :P Aside from that I liked the concept and the song. The animation was below your standards - still worlds better I could ever hope to accomplish so I'll leave it with that. I really loved the song - your flash movies have always been a good source for new music/artists - still.. concentrate on your webcomic and/or interesting spoofs rather than melodramatic cliche love stories - they're nice but your style is more befitting the humorous genre ;)

I am not used to see serious flash from you but that was nice.
A bit too short but the simple yet nice graph fits perfectly.
