you really have to fix the collision resolution
I was able to solve a lot of the later levels with just one or two shapes by abusing how collision resolution was done. This problem was also in the first version of this game. For example, the last level in the first game could be solved just by drawing a single rectangle around the entire screen connected to the ball.
Also, the wind thing just makes everything way too easy.
Meh.
The only different thing is the boost thing, but basically the same as MP1.
