Not bad for the first game you've made.
But I am about to shit bricks because of that mother fucking bean stalk part. Everytime I fell I just wanted to get up and go rage dump all over the place. Good job though!

Excellent Game
Great game for your first! The graphics were good, and the artwork was great! Can't believe that this is your first! I would've given you 10 if it was longer. Also, the part with the beanstalk was just too long. Took me 10 minutes just to complete that part.

Beanstalk was really annoying but it was fun to play.The Music cut off on me though which kinda killed the mood.
Nice for a first
It have to say it is a nice game for a first, but there's two things you should work on more:
Collision detection:
It's one thing to seem to slip on the sides of things instead of standing on them, but when you fall a bit too fast, you fall right through what you should be able to stand one(Very annoying)
Difficulty level:
Seriously, the bean stalk was WAY to hard, I gave up after the 10th try. I kept sliding of the edges of the leaf when I was trying to jump, I kept hitting my head in the leaf above me and falling down, and worst of all, I kept falling through the *ground* leaf some way up, so I had to start all over again.
Having to have the mouse over to jump on the leaf was a nice addition tho a bit too hard at some times.
Overall a good game, I don't know how long it was, as I couldn't finish it.
The graphics were simple and nice too =)

Is the beanstalk that hard? I got through it without falling! You just need to time yout jumps right. Anyway the game was good but the thing that annoyed me was the hole in the ground. Didn't even see it until i fell in accidentally. But the graphics were cool and all so yeah. It was good.
