Reviews for "Milk & OJ Bestest Friends"

Hmm...

I think flash artist are like real artist, once they make a master piece, ALL of their following work is worshipped, wether it is good or bad. I REALLY like your work, if anyone else made this animation, I would give them a 5/10. Even I am a sucker for your work, so heres a eight. This will most likely be votred as a "unhelpfull" post, just because of my comments, but it's true.

Heres what I like, I was cute, the music was good too, and animation was good. It wasn't a random funny, it was just plain random thhough.... Also a MAJOR Kudos for reviewing Every post!

I don't mean to pick fun at you, you are really talented, but some times even the goods have their days....

Battosai810 responds:

Well, I'm sorry you didn't like this as much as my other animations, but I've been trying to branch out a little bit and make new stuff. It's nice to make something completely different once in a while.

People who like certain flashes of mine won't like this one as much, I'm sure. But if I kept doing the same damn thing over and over I'd go insane. It's nice to branch out, trust me. I do make a conscious decision to read and respond to all reviews I get though! Getting feedback is an important part of being an artist, and getting feedback from people who love or hate my work is always helpful when they give reasons why and ideas how to improve.

Thanks for reviewing, I'm going to mark it as helpful!

Hmm...

OJ did it.

Battosai810 responds:

Only the chase was much shorter this time.

The part I liked best was...

I was sitting there laughing at all the goofy, cutesy stuff they were doing together and then I thought... Milk and O.J. TOGETHER??? That would make me sick!

Needless to say the ending cracked me up.

Simple, fun and short. I liked it.

Battosai810 responds:

Thanks!
Honestly, a lot of people I knew didn't know Milk and OJ made you sick until they saw this. Glad you knew ahead of time :)

Made me laugh

The start reminded me of Zelda for some reason.

Battosai810 responds:

Really? Whatever floats your boat, man.

The rumblings of 2009

Ah, so we begin your collection of 2009 flash presentations by a milk and OJ toon. I half expected to see OJ Simpson making an appearance here, but was left to a glass of some sort of fruity beverage instead.

I love the way that you've got things together for this piece, complete with one of your lesser known characters vomiting his guts up outside McBurgers. Now all we need is to throw in something to do with SRM and perhaps Spudboy and we're away for the start of something different. How about the two of these characters dancing away in SRM's fridge - he's bound to want something out of there, like car keys or something a little retarded.

I can see that by starting the year with an award winning piece, you're ready to take the next step in making more impressive flash movies and who knows, even games?

Battosai810 responds:

I like the phrase "something a little retarded", not sure why, but I do. SRM is in the background of the restaurant; I'm pretty sure I just reused the background from the McBurgerbell cartoon. Also, if you pause the cartoon and zoom in really, really close on the vomit you'll see a cameo from another one of my characters!

To date the only game I've made is Hitler's Strawberries. Rik and I keep throwing around ideas for Hitler's Strawberries 2, but our schedules conflict and it generally just doesn't happen. I also had plans for a Contra-like SRM game based on my CoD4 toon (previously called SRM the FPS) but that didn't pan out, obviously.
