How fucking big was that thing!!?? nearly 5meg.....I am just some wanker with a 56k modem but godamnit! The movie was great but....anyway it's all been said in previous reviews...but the scripting and humour were great!
Yeah, it turned out that when I compiled this little whore, I didn't have the "Overwrite SFX" option on...shows how much of a Newbie Bastard I am. =D The next one will definitely be more tolerable. Glad you enjoyed it. =)

i cant really tell u if u need to make any improvements or not cause i've never made a flash movie in my life. but your on the right track, it was a little to big but thats the music mostly, i think u should cut some of the music out and through in some voice for the characters or a back ground. i think u did a good job on this and i hope u decide to keep it going it would make a great series

First of all, this flash is way to big. I suggest you lower the quality of the music or you cut the music in half and loop it.
Next, the opening fart joke was stale...
The length ot the movie was surprisingly long, but i doubt you can make 16 flash in a huge series. o_0
If you could, you would get your own section in newgrounds and it would be really cool. Keep making more, but learn to make your flash's as small as possible.

All are good ideas. I intend to lower the quality of the music to save load time. And yeah, the fart joke is stale, and will most likely be omitted in Survivor III. I intend to make all of these long as hell and creatively funny, so expect more to come. Survivor III will be out soon. =) Thanks for commenting!

Well first off I must make a point in stating that I'm not granting any leniency in my review, because of the inexperience of it's creator.
I'm always for video game sprites being used as characters, but I was dissapointed on the quality of the custom made sprites, such props could have easily been duplicated and/or improved with even MS paint. I've made .gif animations using video game sprites in the past and was able to make more convincing animations with animagic, I'd suggest using more of the character's existing sprites from FF4 for more fluidity. Also the black background just saps all emotion out of the movies atmosphere, using a background would really help.
The sound took near eternity to load on my half-assed 56k modem but was well worth it, and I suppose was less burdening to those with normal connections.
The greatest asset this movie has, was definetly it's humor, I nearly shot kiwi-strawberry juice through my nose at the part dealing with Edward's torch. Also the overall merit of FF4 meeting Survivor intrigues me, and there can never be enough Survivor spoofs.
My final verdict? A bumpy start for the series but it's room for improvement is vast. I see great potential here.
